Totally unresponsive. They simply ignore requests from Clients.
Didn't get correct explanation on the insurance cancellation from the agent.
Called five times over the course of one day for paperwork and each time a person said they would get back to me and never did. I called another agency with the same request and the papers appeared in 5 minutes by email and they were very friendly. From what I hear, visiting the dentist is more enjoyable than dealing with these guys.
Feel like I was being fooled around.
